Equipping God’s People
We love God’s Church and are convinced that God is at work through His Church around the world. We want to be investing in the equipping and training of God’s people to participate in God’s mission. It is our privilege to be invited by the church in Latin America to serve alongside of her to equip and train God’s people.
At Iglesia Reforma we have the privilege of teaching, preaching, discipling, and training leaders. This includes raising up and training other church planters and coaching them in the church-planting process.

History
In 2015, God in his sovereignty joined 4 families together who had a desire to see the church in Guatemala love the gospel, serve each other, and demonstrate the life-transforming power of the gospel as they proclaim and do good deeds. We began to meet in the back yard of the house of one of our current pastors. After 6 months of training a team of 25 people, we launched public services on July 12 of 2015. Slowly but surely God added to our number.
Today…
We joyfully celebrate:
4 full-time Elders and three lay Elders,
10 full-time staff members,
50 deacons and deaconesses,
12 missional communities,
a membership of 350 people,
3 Sunday services with an average total attendance of 380,
2 new charitable organizations led by our staff
1 daughter church planted
These are mere numbers and do not adequately represent the countless lives who have embraced the gospel and have experienced the transformational grace of Jesus Christ. It has been our privilege to serve as disciple-makers in and through Iglesia Reforma. We are not responsible for any of this, but God who has been at work in and through us and the tremendous team we partner with. His is the glory.
Purpose, Mission, and Vision
Our Purpose: Iglesia Reforma exists to make, mature, and multiply gospel-centered disciples.
Our Mission: We seek to create a gospel-centered church culture that moves upwards in worship, inwards in community, and outwards on mission.
Our Vision: We desire to see Guatemala transformed by mature and missional disciples.
